Your data, simply
Last updated: 2 October 2026
We collect as little as we can. Here is what, why, and for how long, under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
Who we are
SEADEV LTD, company 14911872 (England and Wales), 33 West Street, Chipping Norton, OX7 5EU, United Kingdom. Registered with the ICO, the UK data protection authority, under ZC257078.
Data protection contact: Vincent Brault, vincent.brault@seadev.org
When you visit the site
Our server records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page asked for, your browser, and the page you came from. We use these records only to keep the site running and secure, and to see how much it is visited. They are deleted after 12 weeks at most.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website.
When you write to us
The contact form sends nothing to our server. It prepares an email that you send yourself. We receive what you chose to write: usually your name, email, company, phone and your need. We use it only to answer you, and keep it up to three years after our last exchange, or longer if you become a client and the law requires it.
Legal basis: answering your request, before any contract.
No cookies, no tracking
There are no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Your browser only remembers your language, and the form while you fill it in. That stays on your device.
Who else sees it
We never sell your data. Only the services that host the site, our email and the fonts see it. Some are in the United States and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or ask us to stop using it. Write to the address above: we answer within a month, free of charge. For the server records, give us your IP address and the date of your visit.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the ICO in the UK or, in the EU, to your national authority, such as the CNIL in France.
