Recruitment consultants were spending a large share of their week reformatting candidate CVs by hand before sending them to clients: removing personal details, applying the agency's layout and keeping every CV consistent under deadline. SEADEV built CV Hub, a web application where a consultant drops in a CV in PDF or Word format and AI reads it into a structured profile: summary, skills, experience, education and languages. The application checks that profile for gaps and inconsistencies, such as overlapping or impossible dates, and exports it as a Word document in a standard layout that applicant tracking systems can read, with the candidate's name and contact details replaced by an anonymous reference. It works in English and French, and its first version is in production.
