The business ran on Excel while the reference data sat in the ERP, so figures were copied by hand and did not always agree. Gilbert and Vincent Brault set up an automated daily process that extracts the ERP data, builds the Excel files in the layout each team already uses, and files them on SharePoint, where people look for them. The jobs run on a secured server reached through a VPN, in containers whose scheduled tasks and health are monitored from a single console, next to a Jupyter Lab workspace for analysis and reporting. SEADEV LTD kept it running every day until the group moved to a new ERP in 2024.
