A foundation organised as a protected cell company needed to follow how cash moved across its cells. We began by analysing its data: how the cells are structured and how the files of each internal cell are organised. We then ran a first test of tagging transactions against a cell's account, and scoped a route for extracting the bank's data, delivered by secure file transfer (SFTP), into the foundation's own format. The foundation came away with that analysis, the results of a first tagging test, and a scoped proposal for the bank-data extraction.
